After a very exciting period of growth and development (including expansion to the cyber world), Blue Ray Consulting Services (BluerayCS) has launched the .com website to a global audience in 2012.
From 2010 we have collaborated on several projects with Britehouse, Dimension Data (NTT), Accenture, Deloitte and Exactitude to deliver tailormade training and learning solutions.
We are eager to add to our growing list of satisfied customers where we have delivered on promises and surpassed expectations.
2024 - 2025
Illovo (via Exactitude in collaboration with Deloitte)
- Training material development for Illovo Core Business Solutions (CBS) project.
- System: SAP S4/Hana (with Fiori front-end) using SAP Enable Now (SEN) for training content development.
- Develop Training Needs Analysis, Training Approach, Training Curriculum, and present Train-The-Trainer soft skills course.
- Setup SEN Resources and Template.
- With a team of 8 to 11 Training Content Developers, develop the following training content: SAP Nav, Tips and Tricks, Vistex (Cane Payments), CO, EAM, FI (AA, AP, AR, GL, Treasury), Inbound (Inventory, Procurement), Outbound (IM, Sales, SRM), PP, QM, and SAC.
- Deliver facilitated training on-site and online in 4 African countries using a LMS.
2022 - 2023
Aspen (via Accenture)
- Training material development for the Aspen Synergy Manufacturing Platform project (MPP).
- System: SAP S4/Hana with Fiori front-end) using SAP Enable Now (SEN) for training content development.
- Develop Training Needs Analysis, Training Strategy, Training Plan, Training Curriculum, Training Schedules, and present Train-The-Trainer soft skills course.
- Setup SEN Resources and Template.
- With a team of 8 Training Content Developers develop training content F2R – (CO, FIGL, FIAR, FIAP, FITR, FIAA, NGL, CR) S2S, MM/IM, eWM, LE, PTP, Ps2F, H2R, OTC, Ins2Rep (PM).
- Deliver training using SAP SuccessFactors LMS.
